Tracy Morgan's surprise appearance at the 67th Emmy Awards was almost given away by television chef Paula Deen.
The surprise became almost irrelevant when Deen met the 46-year-old comedian in the morning of the Emmys and the chef was adamant about capturing a picture photo for Twitter. However, publicists were right on time to intervene before she could actually tweet anything, E!Online reports.
After the show, the 68-year-old chef posted a picture with Morgan on twitter and captioned it, saying "l ran into a friend @RealTracyMorgan and was happy to see him doing so well. Sending you wishes of love and good health!"
For his surprise appearance, the comedian took a private plane from New Jersey to Los Angeles to avoid any sightings, and only a few people were made aware of the surprise.
