After Akshay Kumar, Bollywood Greek god Hrithik Roshan, along with Indian singer and songwriter A.R.Rahman, has joined the Global Goals Campaign.
They were the first Indian celebs to sign up to Radio Everyone, an initiative to spread the campaign 4.3 million listeners across 45 stations in 1200 towns and more than 52,000 villages.
According to the sources, these two stars have also become a part of the crowd sourced film 'We the People,' written by Richard Curtis and Mat Whitecross, along with other Hollywood A-listers, such as Ashton Kutcher, Bill and Melinda Gates, G.E.M., Gilberto Gil, Jennifer Lawrence, Lang Lang, Meryl Streep, One Direction and few others.
The campaign will take place nationally and internationally to raise awareness of new Global Goals for Sustainable Development being launched by 193 world leaders at the UN Summit on September 25.
The Global Goals are a series of ambitious targets to end extreme poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change for everyone by 2030.
