Prince William has revealed that he cannot wait to be a father, after he was given another gift, a babygro with the words

The Duke of Cambridge received the present during his visit to 'Help For Heroes' with brother Harry, 28, the Daily star reported.

Jenson Boggi, two, gave the prince the white romper suit as the two royals opened a new recovery centre for injured troops at Tedworth House in Tidworth.

The 30-year-old prince, who was also given a teddy by the tiny tot and his injured serviceman dad Josh, thanked the duo.

When asked by Cpl Boggi, 26, of Berks, who lost an arm and both legs in Afghanistan, if William was looking forward to fatherhood, the prince replied: "Very much so."

The RAF search and rescue chopper pilot added that all the mothers have been looking at him saying, 'Just you wait, just you wait.'

During the visit, the royals also met other servicemen and their families, and the founders of Help For Heroes Bryn and Emma Parry.
