Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi on Friday avoided commenting on former Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief A.S. Dulat's claims ten years after the hijacking of Indian Airlines flight IC 814, saying it would be better for the intelligence agencies to respond to it.
"I think this is the view of a person who is actually writing a book. You should ask him. It is something on which anybody can opine...I think these are matters which are peculiar to intelligence agencies. You should ask them and be in touch with them," he said.
