EO Gurgaon member, Anirudh Khaitan, shared his views on the session, "Well the most memorable part of the evening for me was when he said don't become the managing director of the company if you want to be an entrepreneur. Let professionals run the Company. It was truly an enlightening experience".
Gaurav Jhunjhunwala, EO Gurgaon member, "Listening to Sehgals' contrarian views on various topics such as people management, and acquisition strategy gave me a lot of food for thought as an entrepreneur. It was also very inspiring to hear about his journey and most of all it filled me with immense pride to hear how an Indian company has become a global force to be reckoned with in the automotive sector".
Ayush Agrawal, EO Gurgaon member said, "Fabulous and a great learning experience. Sehgals' viewpoint on connecting his business dynamics with ancient India philosophy is great take home for the young entrepreneurs! And not to forget how he debunked everything thing we have learnt at MBA schools and still created an empire. Truly inspiring speaker".
For EO Gurgaon, Chaand Sehgal said, "Thanks for the hospitalities and the courtesies extended and I hope I have done some inspirational activities for the new younger generation. I am sure someone is going to benefit from this talk and story".
