The Indian Railway Ministry and the South Korean Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on technical cooperation here.
The MoU, which was signed by Railway Board chairman Arunendra Kumar and MOLIT vice minister Yeo Hyung Koo, will see the two nations cooperate in technical assistance in areas of high speed rail, modernisation of rolling stock, railway operations, modernisation of signalling, construction and maintenance technologies and in development of logistics parks/terminals.
