InFocus has announced that it will be releasing its M370 smartphone in India on the October 9th, which will be the priced at Rs 5,999.
According to the Techradar, the smartphone sports a 5-inch HD 1280x720 display and runs on 1.1 GHz quad core Snapdragon 210 processor with 1GB RAM. The phone comes with an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. It comes with an 8GB internal storage which is expandable up to 64GB.
The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and packs a 2,230 mAh battery. The phone also supports 4G LTE with dual SIM support
The company will sell the smartphone exclusively on e-commerce site Snapdeal.
The pre-registrations for the smartphone are already live and will officially close on the 8th of October at 8PM, with the device going on sale the very next day.
Sachin Thapar, Country Head, InFocus India said, the tech-savvy youth is glued to their smartphone, engaging in endless chats and conversations. However, with generic emoticons that come pre-loaded with the device, chatting becomes impersonal, ambiguous and often loses the real expression. He added that traditionally, their faces has been the source of all expressions and with the new feature on InFocus M370, the users can turn their faces into stickers, adding a completely new dimension to this phenomenon, making chat more fun, personal and lively.
