Iraq is reportedly having a tough time fighting the ISIS militants.
According to the BBC, Iraq diplomats and politicians said that Iraq's government is struggling in its battle against militants.
It is said that Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) fighters are better trained, better equipped and more experienced than the army.
The Isis fighters, on Saturday, seized a border crossing to Syria and two towns in northwest Iraq, killing 30 troops, the report said.
