The insiders revealed that the 32-year-old actor and the gorgeous swimsuit babe were seen having lunch at the Dutch in Soho last week.
Earlier reports claimed that the couple had been spotted 'making out' at Cold Process Coffee and Tea.
Reports suggested that Gyllenhaal tryst with DiDonato only lasted for 'a month or two'.
