According to an insider, the duo spent some time in 39-year-old businessman's condo and then he walked the 42-year-old actress downstairs, where they hugged and laughed before bidding farewell, E! Online reported.
The source added that the 'Modern Family' star and the Onion Crunch founder, who ended their longtime relationship in May, are "definitely not getting back together.
