Top Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander Abu Qasim has been killed in an encounter between security personnel and militants in Khandipora area of Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam District.
Qasim was involved in Udhampur attack, in the attack on Army convoy in 2013 in Hyderpora District of Jammu and Kashmir and also in the killing of Sub-Inspector Altaf Ahmed.
