Jane Seymour has opened up about her power regime that helps her stay healthy even after all these years.

And she also illuminated her 'Open Hearts Foundation'.

The 63-year-old actress said that as she does everything in moderation, she works out at least three times a week and eats organic fruits and vegetables, Fox News reported.

The 'Bond Girl' also revealed that she avoids smoking cigarettes and strictly monitors her caffeine intake.
