Jennifer Garner has admitted that she didn't know that she was good-looking, until college.
In an interview with Southern Living, the 'Alias' actress said that she has always valued her mother's words to not to prioritize beauty in life, and was shocked when people called her pretty when she entered college, E! Online reported.
The 42-year-old star added that she feels fortunate to have grown up in South, where people look out for each other, so now wherever she goes she builds her group first.
Garner also explained that she wants her children to grow up with Sourthern values and realize that everyone wasn't blessed with the life they are living in Los Angeles with father Ben Affleck.
