Bihar BJP leader Giriraj Singh was on Saturday denied bail in connection with a hate speech case by a Jharkhand court.
Singh will now move the Jharkhand High Court against the Deoghar court's order.
The high court had given relief to Singh on Friday by quashing an arrest warrant issued by a Bokaro court on April 23.
Two FIRs were lodged against Singh, one in Bokaro District and the other in Deoghar District, on the instructions of the Election Commission.
Singh is the BJP's Lok Sabha candidate from Bihar's Nawada constituency.
