The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel recovered 95 IED bombs in Latehar district of Jharkhand on Sunday.
"We were given the information that the Maoists have planted these IEDs to target the force. Based on this information, a joint operation was carried out in the region and during that 95 IEDs were recovered by the force in the forest area. All these IEDs were connected to each other in series," Latehar ASP Manish Bharti told ANI.
Naxals, considered the biggest internal security threat, are believed to be operating in 76 districts across 10 states.
