Though Karan Johar's directorial venture 'Ae Dil Hae Mushkil' could not make through the other categories, it bagged almost all the awards in the category related to songs and music, at the 62nd Filmfare Awards.
From lyrics to singer to music album, it was 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' everywhere.
Amitabh Bhattacharya won trophy penning the lyrics of 'Channa Mereya', Arijit Singh won an award for lending his voice to the very soulful title track of the film and Pritam took the black lady home for 'Best Music Album.'
On a related note, though KJo, as a director, could not bag any trophy, his production house Dhrama productions has won nine awards at the event, last night.
"And yet another #JioFilmfareAwards that has Been hosted!!! @DharmaMovies won 9 awards tonight! Am proud!! #AeDilHaiMushkil #KapoorAndSons," he tweeted with much excitement.
