Joan Rivers' swanky New York City (NYC) apartment has been put for sale by her daughter Mellissa Rivers for 28 million dollars, it has been reported.
The real estate's website states read that the three-floor residence is in a fully-staffed mansion, originally built as one of the opulent mansions of the Gilded Age, the Daily Express reported.
The house built in 1903, comes with 11-room condominium and boasts a south-facing terrace with views of Central Park and elaborate decor.
The late 'Fashion Police' host's house, that she bought in 1988, also includes four bedrooms, a library, a music room and ballroom, as well as staff quarters and a private elevator and foyer.
Joan died in September last year at the age of 81.
