John Lennon's eldest son, Julian Lennon, has taken a dig at the recent musical reunion of surviving Beatles Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr by calling it a "karaoke".
The songwriter and photographer said that he was unimpressed by the celebration in Los Angeles, which marked the 50th anniversary of the 'Fab Four's historic arrival in America, the Daily Express reported.
He added that the last thing he wanted to do was stand in the audience with everybody else, clapping his hands and being filmed in front of millions while watching a Beatles' karaoke session.
'The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles' saw McCartney and Starr perform the band's classic 'Hey Jude' at the Los Angeles Convention Centre.
