Jon Cryer opens up about Charlie Sheen's meltdown during "Two and a Half Men' in his new memoir 'So This Happened.'

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Cryer also talked about his own divorce, and said that Sheen helped him hire prostitute to get over his loneliness, News.com.au reported.

The American actor also mentioned that he had helped Sheen hide a pile of porn from his then-wife Denise Richards.

It all came to a head when the 49-year-old actor was arrested for spousal battery of his wife Brook Mueller. When Sheen's publicist asked for Cryer to release a statement of support, he refused and said that he didn't think Sheen was sober anymore.

When Sheen was eventually sacked in 2011 after his meltdown, Cryer was shocked by the public's reaction, describing it as "unsettling.
