All Justin Timberlake fans have a reason to rejoice as the singer is healthy and is finally hitting the stage after suffering from bruised vocal cords.

The 37-year-old singer returned to the stage for his 'Man of the Woods Tour' on Friday night at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. and celebrated the happy moment by posting a series of videos on his Instagram account.

He posted a video before the show featuring him prepping for the big night and captioned it as, "It'll be a little different in a few hours. #MOTWTOUR."

He posted several other videos preparing for the concert night on his Instagram story as well.

This comes months after the singer postponed numerous dates of his tour due to bruised vocal cords. It certainly wasn't the easiest time for the artist. After kicking off his tour in March, Timberlake had to postpone several concerts towards the end of the year due owing to health issues. In December, he pushed back the remaining 2018 shows, reported E! Online.

Some of Timberlake's celebrity friends offered to help him out. Jonah Hill joked that he could serve as a substitute.

"I have decided to fill in got JT on his remaining dates. It's what we do in our incredibly small circle of people with extraordinary voices. Feel better. I got you until you do," the actor wrote on Instagram earlier.

However, the 'SexyBack' singer tried to make the best of the hard situation. He appeared on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' for a completely silent interview during his vocal rest to promote his new book titled 'Hindsight' which he had released on October 30, 2018.

His book gives readers a peek into Timberlake's creative process through an intimate collection of images from his personal archives that range from his childhood to his recent days.

Host Jimmy Fallon and Timberlake's wife, Jessica Biel, also helped him out.

The 'Cry Me A River' hitmaker previously had undergone an operation to remove his throat nodules, benign growths on the vocal cords, in 2005, reported People.
