A tie at the Santiago Bernabeu was enough for Juventus as the Italian club stunned Real Madrid to reach its first Champions League final in 12 years.
The 1-1 draw ensured that Juventus went through at Real's expense, with a 3-2 lead on aggregate.
Cristiano Ronaldo provided Real Madrid with the lead, scoring a penalty in the 23rd minute of the match. However, Juventus came back strongly in the second half with former Real player Alvaro Morata striking the decisive goal in the 57th minute.
Juventus will now face Barcelona in the final on June 6.
Trailing Barcelona by four points in the Spanish league, Real is now in danger of ending the season with only the FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup, the BBC reported.
While Juventus Boss Messimiliano Allegri deserves all the praise for leading the Italians to their first Champions League final since 2003, questions are now likely to be raised about the future of Real manager Carlo Ancelloti.
