Congress leader K.K Mishra who had leveled allegations against Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's wife Sadhna Singh's role in the Vyapam scam, stood firm and added that he has complete faith in the judiciary, but not on the chief minister.

"I have come to know that it is not the chief minister, but the government which has filed a complaint. It will be decided if the case will be taken up or not," Mishra said.

"I am still standing by my words. I have faith in the judiciary; but not Shivraj," he added.

Earlier today, lawyer Anand Tiwari had filed a defamation case representing the Madhya Pradesh Government against K. K Mishra for his alleged comments in a press conference on June 21 targeting chief minister Chouhan and his family.

A Special Task Force has been constituted for an investigation into the Vyapam scam which had detained Laxmikant Sharma, a former state technical education minister, for interrogation.

Even as the high profile teacher's recruitment scam in Madhya Pradesh is being linked to Chief Minister Chouhan's wife, Sadhna Singh, the Congress has dragged Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharti's name into it as well.
