Kamara helps North East ease past Mumbai City 2-0 in ISL

Striker Diomansy Kamara's late goal helped North East United to claim a comfortable 2-0 win over Mumbai City in their Indian Super League (ISL) clash here at Indira Gandhi Stadium on Friday.

North East midfielder Bruno netted a goal in the 40th minute of the game to put his side ahead.

It was in the 85th minute when Kamara smashed a goal for his side to double the lead.

The visitors made several efforts to score a goal but failed.

North East are currently fourth in the league table, with five wins in the eleven games which they have played.

The next match will be played between Chennayin and Kerala Blasters at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai tomorrow.
