Our very own Mowgli is all set to return to the screens with a reboot and its star-studded cast includes Abhishek Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.
Netflix India recently took to its Instagram account to drop the cast list for the Hindi-language voice dub of its upcoming film 'Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle'.
Anil will be lending his voice for the ever so friendly Baloo and Abhishek will be heard as Bagheera the black panther. Kareena will be dubbing for the giant python Kaa and Jackie Shroff will lend his distinctive and deep voice for the legendary predator Shere Khan. Madhuri dixit will be joining the jungle as character of Nisha.
The cast list of its English version includes Christian Bale, Freida Pinto, Louis Ashbourne Serkis, and newcomer Rohan Chand, who plays Mowgli in the film.
In what will be the first premiere for a Hollywood film in India, the makers of Netflix's 'Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle' will jet down to Mumbai for its world premiere on November 25.
Based on Rudyard Kipling's classic novel 'The Jungle Book', the movie will stream on Netflix on December 7.
