Kate Hudson has revealed that she wants girls to love themselves and feel good about who they are instead of fretting about their body image.
During an interview with Red Magazine, the 'Bride Wars' actress said that she never had or will have an eating disorder and added that it's a serious sickness and "not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine", the Daily Express reported.
The 35-year-old American actress, who had previously sued a publication for claiming that she "was painfully thin", touched upon the importance of being a good role model to young women and said that girls should love themselves and feel good about who they are.
Hudson is currently in a long-term relationship with Muse rocker Matt Bellamy.
