According to sales guru Mark Elwood, the 31-year-old Duchess of Cambridge is a fuss-free sales shopper and is often seen browsing through the 60 per cent off sale rails of Reiss's outlet, the Mirror reported.
She had picked up a cut-price Missoni coat-dress from a shop in Bicester Village which she has worn to a number of public engagements, including a visit to Fortnum and Mason with the Queen and Camilla
