The 24-year-old pageant American beauty queen recently took to Twitter to announce her engagement with a picture of her and husband-to-be, People Magazine reported.
The couple is rumored to have got engaged in Gulf Shores, Ala., at the Beach Club restaurant.
Webb also posted a snap of her diamond ring which was designed by McCarron himself.
