Katy Perry's latest album 'Prism' has topped the Billboard 200 chart by outselling Miley Cyrus' 'Bangerz', it has been revealed.
According to Nielsen SoundScan, 'Prism' has sold 286,000 copies, making it the largest amount of sales by a woman this year and the second largest in the Pop music genre, Contactmusic reported.
The 'I Kissed A Girl' hitmaker ports, Perry's latest set has beaten Miley Cyrus' 4th studio album for the year's biggest sales week, with the 20 year-old popstar managing to sell 270,000 copies three weeks ago.
