Terming Aam Admi Party(AAP) MLA Somnath Bharti as a 'Bhagoda'(fugitive), Congress leader J.P. Agarwal on Saturday charged Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal with helping the former law minister , to avoid the law in connection with the domestic violence case filed against him.
"Somnath Bharti is 100 percent going down the wrong track by running away. He should immediately surrender. I think, even Arvind Kejriwal is involved, as after all he(Somnath) is a member of the Aam Admi Party(AAP)," Agarwal told ANI here.
"Kejriwal, who believes in maintaining law and order is helping 'Bhagoda'(Somnath) who is also the party MLA. Kejriwal has still not suspended him(Somnath) from the party," he added.
The Delhi Police had earlier, claimed that Bharti is playing the game of hide and seek by frequently changing his location just like a professional criminal.
The AAP MLA is facing a non-bailable warrant against him in a domestic violence and attempt to murder case filed by his wife, Lipika Mitra.
