Secretary of State John Kerry is back on Twitter and appeared ready to flood the site with messages.
In his first tweet since April 2013, Kerry announced his return to the social media platform on Tuesday with hashtag: #JKTweetsAgain.

According to Politico, Kerry is the latest of Obama's cabinet members who tweet, joining Education Secretary Arne Duncan, who also tweeted about his cabinet colleague's return.
