Kesha, who is fighting legal battle with music producer Dr Luke over a sexual assault charge, has recently listed her Nashville house for sale.
The 29-year-old songstress' house is listed at 1.45 million dollars, reports People magazine.
Kesha purchased the private country home for 1.4 million dollars in October of 2010, 10 months after the release of her breakout album 'Animal.'
The 4,761 square feet house has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and sits on nearly one acre of lush woods.
The secluded Tennessee retreat is the second property the entertainer has put on the market in the past year. Last year, she sold her Venice, California, Spanish-style bungalow, listing it at 1.89 million dollars.
