Kentucky Fried Chicken has threatened to take legal action against a fried chicken shop named Hitler, claiming that the logo of the new brand is similar to that of the multinational restaurant chain.
KFC told The Huffington Post that the 'Hitler' Chicken Restaurant sports a storefront emblem very similar to KFC's, with only Adolf Hitler's head replacing Colonel Sanders, the Huffington Post reported.
The spokesperson of the brand further said in an email that they see the gesture as an infringement of their brand trademark.
The first outlet of Hitler recently opened in Bangkok, Thailand and gathered attention after Andrew Spooner, author of the 'Footprint Thailand Handbook', snapped a photo of the restaurant and tweeted it.
