Khloe Kardashian has filed court documents to divorce Lamar Odom and restore her name.
The 29-year-old American socialite has decided to end her 4-year marriage to the 34-year-old American professional basketball player, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, TMZ.com reported.
She has even asked the judge to allow her to remove Odom from her name, and has even refused spousal support.
According to sources, the former Los Angeles Clippers player has been using drugs for the last 2 years.
