Kim Kardashian has revealed that she wants to make some changes in her diet because she has a "sweet tooth."
The 33-year-old reality star, who is married to Kanye West, took it to her twitter account to say "Whats the name of that documentary about sugar? I have such a sweet tooth but I know I have to watch this and make some changes," Us Magazine reported.
She then added about the 2014 documentary on obesity in the U.S, 'Fed Up,' asking fans if they had watched it.
