The Shiv Sena on Monday branded Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri as a Pakistani 'agent' and dared ORF chairman Sudheendra Kulkarni to go ahead with the book launch event.
"Let them go ahead, we'll see. We will talk after what happens in the evening," Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut told ANI here while reacting to Kulkarni's announcement that former Pakistan foreign minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri's book will be launched despite all the threat.
Raut further said that the government was aiding people like Kasuri in entering the nation.
"The way these 'agents' are being aided by the government I'm surprised that the military has not been called yet," Raut said.
"Going ahead with the launch under the blanket of heavy security is not something 'brave'," he added.
After having ink smeared on his face by the Shiv Sena workers, Kulkarni has announced that the event will go ahead as planned.
Kasuri has expressed his disappointment at the reception of his book by certain communities in the country and condemned the ink attack on Kulkarni.
