Expressing his discontent on reports of speculations that the Lieutenant Governor, Najeeb Jung may invite the single-largest party to form the government in Delhi, senior party leader and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Manish Sisodia said that the act is against the spirit of Constitution.
Sisodia told ANI, "Till now the news has come only from sources, but if true then it is very surprising. Because a party who refused on 12th December (2013) to LG that we have 32 MLA's and we can't prove majority in the assembly."
"Also, when LG knows that in reality they have only 29 then why is he doing this. This is against the spirit of Constitution as well", he added.
There are speculations that the Lieutenant Governor may invite the single-largest party to form the government in Delhi

Delhi has been under the President's rule since February 17 this year after Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal resigned as the Chief Minister in protest against the Lieutenant Governor's refusal to allow the introduction of the 'Janlokpal Bill' in the Assembly.
