Premier League club Liverpool is planning a swoop for their former striker Fernando Torres who is currently with Chelsea, and even Arsenal is monitoring the situation closely as the transfer window deadline draws closer.
According to metro.co.uk, Torres left Liverpool for 50 million pounds in January 2011, and has struggled to live up to expectations at Chelsea.
After the arrival of Samuel Eto'o in the Blues camp, Torres may have to face some questions regarding his future, the report said.
Quite how much Torres will cost is still not clear but it appears certain Chelsea will have to take a considerable loss if they want to get him off their books, the report added.
