'Lord of the Rings' actor Karl Urban has been roped in for a role in the third instalment of the 'Star Trek' movie, it has been revealed.
Urban will reprise his role as Enterprise doc Bones in the third installment, Deadline.com reported.
The 42-year-old actor, who first gained fame from 'Lord Of The Rings' films, was last seen in the Fox/Bad Robot series Almost Human.
