Who knew that a photo could be aninspiration to make a movie?
The world basically fell in love with the idea of Lupita N'yongo and Rihanna working together in a movie, when a Twitter user posted an image of the Oscar and Grammy winners sitting front row at a 2014 Miu Miu fashion show.
The tweet got over 209,000 likes!
And now, according to the Hollywood Reporter, both the artists are in talks to co-star in a Netflix movie from director Ava DuVernay, with 'Insecure' creator Issa Rae in talks to write.
Netflix acquired the project out of the Cannes Film Festival, and DuVernay went back to where it all began (Twitter) to confirm the news.
She tweeted, "We deserve nice things."
