The groom who used to be a woman and the bride who used to be a man, have finally tied the knot in Britain's first ever double sex swap wedding.

Helen and Felix Fenlon, who have changed their gender, got married in an intimate ceremony at Gretna Green, the Mirror reported.

Their wedding has marked an end to years of inner struggle and torment for two people, who were trapped in the wrong bodies, but desperately tried their best to conform.

The couple had to officially change their gender on their birth certificates after dating for six years.
