Mandeep Singh produced a brilliant batting performance as India A claimed a 57-run triumph over Australia A to seal the Quadrangular 'A' Series title for the third consecutive year here at the Ray Mitchell Oval on Sunday.

Opting to bat first, opener Mandeep led from the front as he smashed majestic 95 runs from 108 balls besides sharing a pivotal 87-run partnership with Manish Pandey (61) to help their side post a score of 266-4.

Shreyas Iyer (41) was another notable contributor for the tourists while Kedar Jadhav and Axar Patel remained unbeaten at their respective scores of 25 and 21.

In reply, Australia A were bundled out for 209, despite some stiff resistance from skipper Peter Handscomb (43) and Alex Ross (34) in the later stages of the chase.

Yuzvendra Chahal was the pick of the bowlers for the Indian side as he finished with the figures of four for 34.

Meanwhile, Karun Nair, Axar Patel and Dhawal Kulkarni all scalped two wickets apiece. Mandeep was adjudged 'Man of the Match' for his match-winning knock.
