A youth hailing from Manipur was found dead in a house in South Delhi's Khirki Extension area on Thursday evening. This comes hours after another man from the north-east state was found murdered in the city.
"There were no external injuries on the deceased. We are taking the body for a post-mortem. Currently, the case is a matter of investigation," Deputy Commissioner of Police Prem Nath told the media.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi said that both cases are isolated incidents.
"Information will be given after the post-mortem report comes out. As of now, the investigation is going on," he said.
Earlier on Wednesday, PhD scholar Zingram Kengoo was found dead by his landlord's brother in the Kotla Mubarakpur area of the national capital.
