Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia is likely to be appointied as deputy chief minister when Delhi Chief Minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal announces his cabinet on Saturday.
Sisodia was the minister of Education, PWD, Urban Development and Local Bodies in the 49-day AAP government.
Besides Sisodia, Gopal Rai, Badana Kumari, JItendra tomar, Sandeep Kumar, Saryendra Jain and Asim Ahmed are also likely to be included in the cabinet.
Earlier in the day, Kejriwal, met Prime Minister Modi and invited him to his swearing-in ceremony at the Ramlila Maidan. He had met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu and President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday.
Kejriwal's party, AAP, made a clean sweep of the Delhi assembly polls yesterday, winning 67 of the 70 seats on offer and decimated rivals BJP and Congress.
