"Congrats to women players who won silver at Asian Rugby Sevens Trophy and Indian team for winning Blind T-20 World Cup,"

In the seven-nation round-robin competition, India defeated Laos 22-7, Philippines 12-5, Nepal 43-0 and Malaysia by 26-12, Pakistan by 5-0 before being beaten 0-29 in the last match by South Korea.

He further welcomed the performance of the country's 'divyang' players in Rio Olympics.
