Matthew McConaughey recently revealed that his 6-year-old son, Levi, somehow knows how important the Academy Award is.
The 45-year-old actor said that told his son that it was important to save all the prized possessions, if Tsunami hit their place; to which his son responded that then they should definitely grab the Oscar too, People magazine reported.
The 'Dazed and Confused' actor and wife Camila, however, have never made his Oscar win a big deal to their three children and they never pointed out that the Oscars were the gold standard.
McConaughey also mentioned that he's slowly accepting that the words "Academy Award winner" now often go before his name when he's introduced, even as he joked that it's a pretty long "prequel.
