Floyd Mayweather beat Argentinean opponent Marcos Maidana in close welterweight world championship bout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas over the weekend.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Mayweather deascribed the match as one of the toughest of his remarkable 46-bout boxing career, in which he achieved 26 knock-outs.
Maidana on the other hand has 35-4 record, including 31 KOs.
