A Madonna super-fan has spent 113,000 pounds to look like his idol and has planned to have bum implants after seeing the singer flash her derriere on The Grammy's red carpet.

Los Angeles-based Adam Guerra, who is now planning his 19th cosmetic surgery procedure of inflating his bottom, said that he just wants it a little bigger, adding Madonna is the queen and he feels her spirit in him, the Daily Star reported.

The 27-year-old, who became obsessed with the Vogue hit maker when he was just 15 years old, added that the singer has made his life pretty much because he started performing in drag when he was 18 and one night he went out performing as Madonna and this light bulb went off in his head.

He added that at first it was a dream, and then it was a goal, then a costly obsession and then a job.

On being asked why he's not happy just being Adam Guerra, the drag queen replied that he is very confident and comfortable as Guerra but he has a talent and he wants to show that talent to the world.

Adam, who has had procedures on his chin, cheekbones, a brow lift and fillers, admits he's happy to suffer if it means he will look like his idol because it's been a labour of love.

However, his surgery obsession hasn't gone down too well with boyfriend Michael, who says he wants to date a boy and not a 56-year-old woman.
