A teenage boy form Wales has put his family name in the record books after scoring a perfect attendance record at school - just like his brother, mother and grandmother.
Aled James, 18, has never missed a day of primary or secondary school - and he is now preparing for his A-levels at Ysgol y Preseli in Crymych, Pembrokeshire, the Daily Express reported.
He said that he enjoys school, which he feels like a second family, and adding that he would be very sad to leave.
"As a family, we have a reputation of always turning up and being on time and it's never occurred to me not to go," the paper quoted him as saying.
Remarkably, Aled's brother Carwyn, mother Anne and late grandmother Nellie also achieved the same feat.
Aled, a school prefect, was brought up on the remote family farm in the small railway village of Crymych.
