A Sacramento woman gorged down 72-ounce steaks in just 20 minutes in an eating competition held in Amarillo, Texas.
Molly Schuyler, 35, who's a professional on the competitive-eating circuit, took part in the contest at Big Texan Steak Ranch, where she scarfed down 3 steaks, 3 baked potatoes, 3 side salads, 3 rolls and 3 shrimp cocktails, the CNN reported.
She beat her heftier rivals, football players and pro wrestlers, who were competing as teams of two to eat as many pounds of steak as they could, combined, in one hour.
The 124-pound mom-of-four, who even holds credit for gobbling 363 chicken wings in 30 minutes once, also broke her own Big Texan record of two 72-ounce steaks and sides she set last year.
Bobby Lee, who co-owns the Big Texan, said that they have been conducting the contest since 1960, and had never seen anybody come in to actually eat that many steaks at one time in 55 years.
The Big Texan restaurant's "72-ounce Challenge" is offered daily to anyone who can eat the massive steak, along with the sides, in under an hour. Those who can't do so must pay 72 dollars for the meal.
