Melissa Rivers, who will be portraying her mother Joan Rivers in Jennifer Lawrence's upcoming flick, recently revealed that she freaked out in the hair and makeup tests.
In a recent interview, Melissa said that hair and makeup tests were more difficult than actual shoot, adding that it was a bizarre and she stopped looking in the mirror, reports News.com.au.
Joan Rivers died in September 2014.
After speaking with director David O. Russell and family friend-turned-producer John Davis, Rivers, 47, she accepted the part in 'Joy' that will hit the theatres on December 25.
